| Mr. Kinzie has extensive experience in business development, program management , marketing high technology systems,and development of hardware / software projects in a variety of complex business environments.
In addition, he has an extensive consulting background in executive management, international marketing, sales and customer service in the high tech industry both domestic and international.
He has managed the transition of multi-functional project teams transition in companies from chapter 11 back to health and prosperity.
Mr. Kinzie's expertise lies in effectively collecting data from all organizational levels and analyzing and redesigning business processes to strategically focus critical business functions.
Mr. Kinzie has strong organization/communication skills, which facilitate success in attaining commitment and teamwork to implement agreed upon solutions.
Mr. Kinzie directed program management / business development team which exceeded sales volume by $70M year.
Mr. Kinzie also teaches International Business, Operations Management, Material Management, and Supply Chain Management at the College of Business of San Jose State University; where he is recognized and rated outstanding by professors and students.
