Take a look at your display shelf, and you'll find it. That special figure, doll, plush or candy toy which made you so proud. The one (or the whole shelf), which you proudly showed off to all your friends and family. Now, take the chance to show them off to the world and win some fabulous prizes! The first ever Play-Asia.com photo contest is here, so polish your camera lenses and get ready to send us your pictures!

Show us something rare or be creative. Feel free to create backgrounds, tinker with lighting or turn your display shelf into a palace, battlefield or even an alien planet! It's all in your hands. You, and the rest of our Facebook community will be the judge of the best picture as you attempt to collect as many "likes" as possible for your entry.

Let us tempt everyone with the prizes:
 

• The top winner will be engaged to Boa Hancock, as she adores strong people with an eye for beauty. Ladies are encouraged to win too (since the empress makes her own laws). The marriage will take place in September when Boa is ready with her dress fitted and her hair styled.

 

• The 2nd to 5th place winners can have choice of in stock figures: Dead Master, Race Queen Miku, Dwarf, One Piece Desktop McCoy, Musketeer Zoro, Idolmaster and Kazumi Cherish.

 

• The 6th to 10th place winners will each receive US$ 20.00 store credit.
• The 11th to 30th place winners will each receive US$ 10.00 store credit.

To join, all you have to do is send us the picture of your favorite item(s) by email using the below rules to: compsubmissions@play-asia.com. The competition rules are as follows:
 

• Everyone is welcome to join, not just existing customers. But please open an account to claim your prizes when you win.
• Participants must own the collectible item in their picture. After all, there is no fun in showing off other people's collections. And using pictures from other people's blogs or galleries is prohibited.
• Participants are free to arrange their figures into collections or focus on one single item.
• The participant's name/Facebook username, date of submission and contest name should be in the email subject.
• Participants who have been customers at Play-Asia.com are encouraged to use their registered email addresses to send their pictures.
• Please send us one picture only. If the participant attaches more photos, Play-Asia.com reserves the right to choose only one of them.
• Each picture must be less than 500kb in size
• Each picture must be at least 800 x 600 pixels in dimension, but preferably larger.
• The participant's name and the name of the competition must be in the picture somewhere while the photo is being taken. You can use a sign or piece of paper and it must be legible.
• All pictures must be family-friendly, as some participants and the judges on Facebook are minors.
• Participants who do not follow these steps risk having their entries deleted.
• All pictures are to be submitted by midnight (GMT) 14th of July, with voting starting on the 15th of July once the pictures are uploaded into our Facebook gallery.
